A very important step in the design of radio-frequency integrated circuits (RF-IC) is circuit simulation. The frequencies range of the radio-frequency increased because of the development of transmission systems. Widely-separated time scales appear in RF integrated circuits, making verification by simulation difficult. For high frequencies (GHz -range), the RF circuits passive components are significant and must be carefully modulated, and the signals level varies much. The steady state behaviour analisys to obtain the periodic response of RF circuit is made for one periodic excitation (uniton) or for more periodic excitations of different frequencies (multitone). The thesis Contributions to nonlinear analogical circuits analisys in steady-state behaviour aim is the elaboration of new and efficient procedures for the nonlinear analogical circuits analisys in steady-state behaviour. After a concise state of art for analogical circuits analisys in steady state behaviour, the paper presents the improvement of the analisys procedures of the nonlinear circuits in steady state behaviour, elaborated by the staff led by Mr. Mihai Iordache, for example: one based on harmonic balance analisys and one based on multitime analisys by the transformation of the differential algebraic equations in multi-time partial differential equations. An important contribution to harmonic balance method to frequency domain analisys consist in automatic equations formulation in complex. The two methods were verified on many test circuits, existing in the literature and the results were compared with the results obtained with programs as Pspice, Aplac and Transient NonLinear Analysis. After the comparation, it was observed that the results obtained with own programs overlap the results obtained with company programs. 000001036 6531_ $$aCircuite analogice -- Teză de doctorat 000001036 6531_ $$aCircuite electrice neliniare -- Teză de doctorat 000001036 8560_ $$ff_costache@library.pub.ro 000001036 8564_ $$uhttp://romdoc.upb.ro/record/1036/files/$$zAccess to Fulltext 000001036 980__ $$aTHESIS
