The thesis begins by analyzing driving axis, taking into count the modularization tendency, by using motion sensors and adequate electronic modules, each of the motion axes being an independent subsystem with “local intelligence”. It is being analyzed the structure of hydraulic regulation equipment, especially electro-mechanic driving convertors, pointing out the tendency to integrate electronic modules and internally closed loops, having the sensors included. The following parts of the thesis are analyzing the structure of electronic driving modules of the hydraulic regulation equipment, presenting typical block diagrams for the control of a hydraulic axis or multi-axis and the axis correlation circuitry. It is made a structural analysis of the transducers from the hydraulic axis (linear movement, speed and acceleration, force and pressure), equations and new constructive solution are given. In this thesis it is described a personal simulation schematic of a hydraulic axis with bilateral rod cylinder, servovalve, displacement transducer, force transducer with a PID control loop. The schematic allows a dynamic analysis of the system in various configurations and values of the electrical amplitude. The results of these researches and analysis are materialized by making original electronic modules, presented in the thesis. It is given calculus equations and electronic schematics of the electronic modules, both of personal achievement. Also, it is presented the PCB drawings and the images of accomplished devices, in various constructive solutions. The last chapter of the thesis contains the conclusions, personal contributions and future research directions.
