Abstract: In the context of microeconomic system reorganization, human resources represents one of the main components of organizational performance development. The topic of present thesis is of great relevance and utility, taking into account that, under current conditions, there is insufficient data on the role of human resource management (HRM) in terms of integrated system management (SIM) implementation on improving the performances of organizations. The main objective of this thesis was to improve specific human resource management procedures, analyzing The original approach of correlation between SIM and Human Resource System consisted in practical research, through completion of two case studies. They show that improving of specific Human Resource Management procedures influence the increase of organizational performance. Practical research results present consistent evidence that improving the specific procedures (recruitment and selection of staff, training and employee development, and performance appraisal), and also implementing a survey regarding the employee satisfaction are associated with improved performance for both employees and employers. It is highlighted the principle that management’s commitment represents the mobilizing factor in evaluating the success of control efforts regarding the workplace accidents. The two functions, HRM and Total Quality Management, promote the organizational politics regarding labor safety systems, safe operating practices, and proper conditions and work equipments. Another important issue addressed in the thesis is the study of job satisfaction of employees, a useful tool to obtain objective information on specific HR services of the company, offering the best results to develop a retention strategy in which seeks to cultivate a lasting relationship with internal and external customers. In this respect, the author investigated, theoretically and experimentally, in terms of productivity, both the motivating and demotivating factors in the company, the final purpose being the increase organizational performance.
