Abstract: The paper contains: the actual stage of the welding procedure for combined materials; the actual stage of the ultrasonic welding for combined materials; contribution to weld forming when using ultrasonic welding process on combined materials; theoretical and experimental contributions concerning the projection and the realization of piezoceramic transductions and shaped ultrasound energetic concentrator profiled type used for the ultrasound welding of mixed materials; the optimization of the welding conditions; shaping of an ultra-acustic systems; conclusions and personal contributions.
