Abstract: UNIVERSITATEA POLITEHNICA BUCURESTI FACULTATEA STIINTA SI INGINERIA MATERIALELOR CONTRIBUTII ASUPRA CORELATIEl INTRE PROCESUL INDUSTRIAL SI MANAGEMENTUL CALITATII LA OBTINEREA PRODUSELOR DIN ALIAJE DE ALUMINIU ABSTRACTUL TEZEI DE DOCTORAT Lucrarea realizeaza un studiu unitar ce leaga tehnologiile de elaborare, tumare si deformare plastica a aliajului deformabil 3003 de calitatea semifabricatului sleb si a produse1or finite, table cu diferite grosimi. In cuprinsul lucrarii sunt expuse analize1e macro si microstructurale ale sleburilor tumate din aliaj 3003, ca si studiul tratamentelor de omogenizare a acestora si analiza modului in care are loc modificarea microstructurii la omogenizare. Lucrarea scoate in evidenta prin folosirea mijloace1or modeme de investigare ca microscopia optica, microscopia electronica sau imagini de raze X, microstructura produselor si modul in care deformarea plastica o afecteaza pe aceasta. In final, lucrarea elaboreaza o analiza detaliata a perspectivelor industriei de aluminiu in ceea ce priveste evolutia productiei, a pretului de cost si a costurilor energetice. CONTRIBUTIONS ON CORRELATION OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESS AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN ALUMINIUM ALLOYS PROCESSING THE ABSTRACT OF THE DOCTORATE THESIS The thesis is accomplishing an unitary study which connects the technologies of e1aboration, casting and plastic deformation of the 3003 deformable alloy with the quality of the semiproduct slab and also with the readymade sheets in various dimensions. The work content presents the micro and macroanalysis of the casted slabs of the 3003 alloy, the treatment studies for their homogenization and also the analysis of the process producing the microstructure's modification. The thesis shows the microstructure of the endproducts and the degree of its modification through the plastic deformation using the most modern means of investigation like optical microscopy, electronic microscopy or X rays images. Finaly, the thesis elaborates a detailed analysis of the aluminium industry forecast in connection with the production trends, the market prices and the energy costs.
