Contribuţii la studiul parametrilor cinematici şi dinamici ai sistemelor vibratoare ale unor maşini agricole

Abstract: Abstract In this paper we approach the theme of vibrations at agricultural equipments and machineries used in sorting separation, and milling process. The first chapter presents some studies regarding the kinematic of a particle on the oscillating sieves, or rotating sieves which analyse the motion parameters of a particle regarding with the kinematic working conditions of the machinery active part. Also, in this part, there are some theoretical studies regarding the motion of plan sieves. The theoretical models which we approach are differing from models, giving more useful information, and the obtained results were verified through experimental tests by the previous models. Also, we present two theoretical studies about the particle motion on the conical and cylindrical sieves. One chapter presents a device designed and built by the author, used for determination of the static and dynamic friction coefficients, on the plan and curve surfaces, of milling; these values are necessary for the motion study on the different types of sieves. In the next chapter we study the vibrations of axial vibration generator with the unbalanced masses obtaining the inherit frequency of this, and the effects of the over harmonics and the under harmonic. The differential equation of the vibration, nonlinear one, is solved in the first approximation, and with numerical analyses, in which we modified the motion parameters of the system. In the second part, we presented equipment „the oscillating centrifugal conic separator”, which are built basing some new principles. There are “in extenso” the design, the building and the way by which we find the kinematic parameters, starting from a theoretical study. The test of the kinematic parameters and the tests of functionality of the equipment show clearly that the equipment is functional, and the correlation functions between the “in” parameters and the necessary technological conditions. In this part, in an entirely chapter, we presented nine reduction theorems, representing theoretical considerations regarding the reduction of the homogenous bodies at systems of material points. The last chapter presents the conclusions, the original contributions and the future way to developments.
