Contribuţii privind proiectarea asistată de calculator a schemelor de orientare-tehnic posibile (SO-TP) la prelucrarea semifabricatelor

Abstract: Abstract Teza de doctorat reprezintă o îmbinare a cunoştinţelor din mai multe domenii: informatica , matematica, şi, nu în ultimul rând, proiectarea dispozitivelor tehnologice. În cercetările privind determinarea schemelor de orientare cu ajutorul calculatorului s-au avut în vedere următoarele obiective: preluarea schiţei operaţie, preluarea condiţiilor determinante şi calculul erorilor admisibile, modalităţi de geometrizare a condiţiilor determinante sau găsirea altei metode prin extragerea acestora sau prin citirea lor de pe schiţa piesei, stabilirea suprafeţelor pe care se inserează simbolurile, determinarea mulţimii schemelor de orientare, selectarea din mulţimea schemelor de orientare a celor tehnic posibile prin calculul erorilor, selectarea din mulţimea de scheme tehnic posibile a celei optime prin calculul economic, inserarea simbolurilor ce alcătuiesc schema optimă pe schiţa piesei semifabricat. Consider că din punct de vedere ştiinţific lucrarea aduce contribuţii destul de importante, punând la dispoziţia specialiştilor o documentaţie necesară dezvoltării proiectării asistată a dispozitivelor. The PhD thesis represents a combination of knowledge from many domains: Informatics, Mathematics and last but not least, Projection of the Technological Devices. In the researches regarding the determination of the orientation schemes using the computer we took into consideration: taking the operation sketch, taking the determining conditions and the calculation of the admissible errors, ways of geometrizing the determining conditions or finding other way for extracting them or by reading them from the sketch of the tool, establishing the surfaces on which the symbols will be inserted, determining the set of orientation schemes, selecting from the the set of orientation schemes the ones which are technically possible by using the calculation of the errors, selecting from the set of schemes which are technically possible the optimal one using economic calculations, inserting the symbols which form the optimal scheme on the sketch of the semifabricated tool. We consider that, by scientifical point of view, this thesis makes important contributions, providing the specialists a documentation useful for improving the assisted projection of the devices.
