Constantin ISPAS dr.H.C. ing.Luminiţa Georgescu Direcţionarea către o societate bazată pe cunoaştere presupune investiţii în dezvoltarea resurselor umane, cu scopul de a încuraja indivizii să dobândească noi competenţe şi să accepte mobilitatea ocupaţională. Procesele de învăţare decurg din transformările ce au loc la nivelul economiei de piată şi a societăţii în ansamblul său, din necesitatea reorientării profesionale, din noile cerinţe privind calificările şi competenţele. Dezvoltarea unui sistem de formare profesională nu poate fi concepută fără constituirea unor parteneriate funcționale individ-organizație-formator, care să țină cont de factorii de influenţă din sistem. Tinerii percep foarte rapid care sunt profesiile mai avantajoase, atât din perspectiva câştigurilor, cât şi a oportunităţilor de lucru, respectiv, a statutului socio-profesional pe care acestea îl conferă. Instituţiile de învăţământ, capabile să răspundă nevoilor existente sau preconizate pe piaţa muncii, se vor bucura de o atractivitate mare în rândul tinerilor. ”Optimizarea formării resurselor umane pentru sistemele industriale” poate fi considerată o temă de actualitate, care răspunde atât intereselor societăţii, formatorilor şi angajaţilor, cât şi ale angajatorilor, preocupaţi de utilizarea judicioasă şi eficientă a resurselor umane. Constantin ISPAS dr.H.C. eng.Luminiţa Georgescu The transformation towards a society based on knowledge presupposes investments in human resources with the aim of encouraging the individuals to gain new skills and to accept the occupational mobility. The educational processes are the result of the transformations which took place in the market economy and in the entire society as well. They also reside in the need for professional reorientation and in the new requests for skills and qualifications. The development of a professional training system cannot be conceived without functional individual- organization- trainer partnerships, which should take in count the factors which influence the system. Young students notice rapidly which the profitable jobs are, in terms of gains, work opportunities and socio- professional positions. Only the educational institutions which answer the needs existing in the work market will be attractive for young people. The improvement of human resources for the industrial systems can be considered an up to date subject, which answers the interests of the society as well as to that of trainers, employees and employers concerned with the efficient use of the human resources.
